First day of March, still so much snow!

Hello everyone!!
Welcome to EasyPeasy 321!

Happy March 1st, it's snowing so hard outside right now in New York City, this year, we've had a lot of snow! Today, I just want to share with you some interesting things for the past week!! (^@@^)

So February 2015, had 4 Sundays, 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 4 Thursdays, 4 Fridays, and 4 Saturdays, it was a perfect square on the calendar!! (And I got the cutest calendar ever, when I went to visit my friend in New Jersey)
According to an post I read recently, it is extremely rare for this to happen, but then again, I always have this thought when people say things like 2012.12.12 will never happen again until 2112.12.12, but 2015. 03. 01 will never happen again... EVER! (Just a random thought)

PUSHEEN Calendar!! My thoughts exactly; Wake me up in spring please!

Last week Sunday, for brunch, I made some kimcheese burger for dinner. I had some ground beef in the fridge, figured I would make some burgers, when I started seasoning the meat, only to find I had no lettuce no tomatoes and no burger buns! BUT ... I HAD KIMCHI!!
So I decided to experiment a little, with my KIMCHEESE BURGER SANDWITCH! OMG IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!
Instead of plain mayo, I added some hot sauce to get spicy mayo, it was soooo good!!!

yummmm!! homemade beef patty, kimchi, cheese and toast, who woulda thought it was going to be this good??

Friday night, I decided to make some mac and cheese with all the cheese that I have in my fridge. I really liked the Mac and Cheese that I had when I was still in college, you get to add whatever you want in there, so I decided to make Binghamton Style Mac and Cheese. I had red pepper, broccoli, ham, sausage, mushrooms and chicken beast meat. It was so good, makes me miss college .>_<.

Some Mac and Cheese is perfect for a Friday night!!

Last but not least, I have discovered something new and interesting! Sweet Pumpkin with Spicy rice-cake and seafood! So I was in Korean Town with a friend, and decided to eat at this place called Hana Michi, and that pumpkin dish caught my eye since every table seemed to be eating it, so we decided to give it a try, it was so interesting! Spicy seafood and rice cake inside a whole pumpkin with cheese on top, the server then cuts the pumpkin open into smaller pieces, and it was really good!!! The pic on the upper left corner is the pumpkin dish!

I hope you guys enjoyed spending the whole week with me!!!
